Immunogen: Pools of purified homogenous IgG2a and IgG2b isolated from rat sera. Freund's complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Storage: 4 °C/-20 °C

Storage Comment: Prior to and following reconstitution store the antibody at 2-8 °C for one month or at -28 °C for longer.
